Squarespace has no HTML export. We turn your site into a fast static website that looks the same on phones and desktops, costs nothing to run, and belongs to you.
Enter your address. We read the public site, count the pages and list the parts that cannot live outside Squarespace, such as store checkout and member areas.
We rebuild every page as plain HTML, CSS and images, remove Squarespace scripts, keep forms, galleries and maps working, and host the fonts ourselves where licensing allows.
Each page is compared with the live site at five screen widths. You get a ZIP, a hosting guide and the measurement table. Or we host it for you.
One payment, one site.
Optional. Cancel anytime, keep the ZIP.
Need more than an export, such as a new design, a WordPress move or ongoing edits? Email hello@staticexit.com and we quote it separately.
Within a few pixels. Every page is measured against the live site at 390, 768, 1000, 1440 and 1920 pixels wide, and the table comes with your delivery. If a page differs, we fix it or refund that page.
Services that run on Squarespace servers: online store checkout, member areas, appointment scheduling, blog comments and site search. The pages themselves still export. The free check lists what applies to your site.
Adobe Fonts stop serving when a site leaves Squarespace. We substitute the closest open source font and show you a before and after. Google Fonts and uploaded fonts carry over.
No. The ZIP contains a `site` folder; drag it onto Netlify or Cloudflare Pages and it is online. Or choose hosting and we do it, including your domain.
You add a short code to your site footer before we export. We only export public pages, and working copies are deleted 30 days after delivery.
A static site is edited as files. If you want a simple editor for text and photos, choose hosting: the editor is coming to the hosting plan.
