StaticExit ("we") exports publicly available pages of a website you control into static files, and optionally hosts those files. The service is operated by StaticExit, a small studio in Richmond, Virginia, USA.
You may only submit a website you own or are authorized to export. We verify control through a code placed on the site. You keep all rights to your content. We do not publish, resell or train models on your content. Working copies are deleted 30 days after delivery; hosted copies are kept while hosting is active and for 30 days after cancellation.
The export covers public pages, images, fonts (where licensing allows), styles, forms (through a relay or email), galleries, accordions and maps. Services that run on Squarespace servers (store checkout, member areas, scheduling, comments, search) are not exported. The free check lists what applies to a site; by purchasing you accept that list.
Export is a one time payment per site. Delivery is a downloadable ZIP and a report measuring each page against the live site. If a page differs beyond the stated tolerances and we cannot fix it within 5 business days, we refund that page's share of the price, or the full price if the home page is affected. Hosting is billed monthly or yearly and can be cancelled anytime; no refund for the current period.
Hosting is provided on a commercially reasonable efforts basis without a guaranteed uptime. You may download your files at any time. We may suspend hosting for content that is illegal or infringes third party rights.
